I am from Native American heritage and very proud to be Indian.  White Deer is 
my indian name.  I am a National Deputy Chief of the United Metis Indian Nation 
of America.  These are my family pages.  I have 
been traveling this old red road for many years doing the genealogy thing.  I 
hope you will find bits and pieces here to help you in your search.  We use 
Algonquin and Cherokee as a universal language to call our own.  We pray that 
the US will recognize the Metis as a tribe.  We expect no monitary benefits, 
only recognition. MY tribal blood is Cherokee, maybe some Choctaw and a little
Shawnee.  I am a book author and make Indian regalia.  Pleas feel free to
